     Our Mission  To educate, support and enhance the well-being of our elderly through fostering exercise programmes, fun and prayer. There are 40-45 registered members Thursdays for all activities eg. games, handcraft etc. Great importance is placed on the need for fellowship and fun for all involved. An invitation is extended to everyone, including people outside of the church, to participate in both the Tuesday Exercise and Thursday Activities.

The PIC Netball club originated from this parish in 1953 under Mama Tangimetua Teia's leadership, to provide for the spiritual and recreational needs of its growing population. In the early years, the club patron was usually the minister's wife or a Church member which changed as the sport has evolved from a social gathering, to a higher professional level. PIC is a club with a strong proud heritage. We have built and maintain a strong extended family environment for all our members.
